Try to get the inside container to be a little smaller than the outside one. I used a round Japanese bowl, and that worked out fine as a mould as well.
To make watermelon jelly, follow the instructions on the jelly packet. I used different types of jelly for the skin and the flesh, to get different textures.
Put in several drops of green coloring, or pandan essence for the 'skin' in the jelly.
For the watermelon 'flesh', substitute water for watermelon juice. No coloring needed, the red is just perfect!
Best consumed when craving for sweet stuff after dinner.... :D
