Watermelon Jelly

Still on the subject of trying to be healthy....

Jelly, shaped like watermelon - made from watermelon.

The watermelon 'skin' and watermelon 'flesh' made from different types of jelly....

Skin is made from Agar agar (which means jelly) powder while the flesh is made from Konyaku powder, a type Japanese jelly with a chewy, bouncy texture.

A little pandan essence in the green jelly, watermelon juice for the watermelon jelly and some biji selasih (basil seeds) for seeds. Simply delicious on a hot day...

How to make it...? Well, thats coming up on my next post... :D

I submitted this post to EKat's Kitchen for a Friday's Potluck, as well as to Miz Helen's Full Plate Thursday!
