Jelly, shaped like watermelon - made from watermelon.
Skin is made from Agar agar (which means jelly) powder while the flesh is made from Konyaku powder, a type Japanese jelly with a chewy, bouncy texture.
A little pandan essence in the green jelly, watermelon juice for the watermelon jelly and some biji selasih (basil seeds) for seeds. Simply delicious on a hot day...
How to make it...? Well, thats coming up on my next post... :D
